Zero AI Pte. Ltd. ("Zero AI", "we", "us", "our"), a subsidiary of Zero1 Group Pte Ltd, is committed to protecting the personal data of our subscribers and users in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (No. 26 of 2012) of Singapore ("PDPA") and its subsidiary regulations and advisory guidelines. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal data in connection with our AI-powered telephony answering service, call transcript generation, and SMS call-summary delivery ("Services").
By registering for or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, please discontinue use of our Services immediately.

We collect personal data from you (as a subscriber) and, where applicable, from third parties (callers who contact you through our Service). The categories of personal data we may collect include:

Third-Party Callers: When a third party places a call that is answered by your Zero AI agent, their voice, caller ID, and the content of their communication will be recorded and processed. As a subscriber, you are solely responsible for ensuring that all persons who call your Zero AI-enabled number are duly informed that their call may be answered, recorded, and processed by an AI system. Zero AI is not responsible for any failure by you to provide such notice.
We collect, use, and disclose personal data for the following purposes:
We will not use your personal data for a new purpose materially different from those stated above without first notifying you and, where required by the PDPA, obtaining your consent.
Under the PDPA, we rely primarily on your consent as the legal basis for collecting and processing your personal data. By subscribing to our Services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data as described in this Policy. Where we process personal data on the basis of legitimate interests (e.g., fraud prevention, network security), we have assessed that our interests are not overridden by your data-protection rights.
You may withdraw your consent to any specific processing purpose at any time by contacting our DPO. Please note that withdrawal of consent may affect our ability to provide some or all of our Services to you.
Certain data processing activities (e.g., responding to a lawful order from a government authority, protecting against fraud) may be carried out without consent pursuant to exceptions under the Second Schedule of the PDPA.
Our core service involves the recording of telephone calls. By activating our telephony AI Service, you:
Zero AI disclaims all liability arising from any failure by a subscriber to obtain appropriate consent from third-party callers.
Our Service delivers SMS call summaries to your registered mobile number. These messages are transactional in nature (relating directly to calls handled by your agent) and are not subject to the DNC Registry provisions of the PDPA.
Where we send any marketing or promotional messages via SMS, we will comply fully with the PDPA’s Do Not Call provisions. We will check the DNC Registry before sending any specified message to a Singapore telephone number and will honour all DNC registrations. You may register your number on the DNC Registry at pdpc.gov.sg.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may disclose personal data to the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis and under appropriate contractual safeguards:
Some of our AI infrastructure and subprocessors may operate in jurisdictions outside Singapore, which may include but is not limited to the United States, the European Economic Area, and other countries in Asia-Pacific. Where personal data is transferred overseas, we will comply with the transfer obligations under Part X of the PDPA, including by ensuring that the recipient organisation provides a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA through contractual arrangements (e.g., binding data processing agreements incorporating approved standard contractual clauses).
By using our Services, you consent to the transfer of your personal data to overseas recipients as described in this section.
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law:

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data will be securely deleted or anonymised such that individuals can no longer be identified. Subscribers may request deletion of their call recordings and transcripts at any time via the account dashboard, subject to overriding legal obligations.

In the event of a data breach that is notifiable under the PDPA, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) within three (3) calendar days of assessment that the breach is notifiable and will inform affected individuals as required by law.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Subscriber", "you", "your") and Zero AI Pte. Ltd. ("Zero AI", "we", "us", "our"), a private limited company incorporated in Singapore and a subsidiary of Zero1 Group Pte Ltd, governing your access to and use of our AI-powered telephony answering service, call transcript generation, SMS call-summary delivery, and any related website, application, or platform (collectively, the "Services").
By registering for an account, activating the Services, or otherwise accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.
To use the Services, you must:
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Zero AI reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at our sole and absolute discretion, without prior notice or liability.
Zero AI provides an AI-powered telephony service that:
The Services are provided on a subscription basis. Zero AI may, at its discretion, introduce, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or component of the Services at any time. We will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of material changes, but are not obligated to do so.
THE ZERO AI SERVICE CANNOT AND DOES NOT HANDLE EMERGENCY CALLS.
Our AI telephony agent is not connected to, and is incapable of routing calls to, any emergency service, including Singapore's emergency numbers (999 for Police/Fire/Ambulance and 995 for Singapore Civil Defence Force). You must never configure or use our Service as your sole or primary telephone number where emergency access may be required.
Zero AI shall have no liability whatsoever for any harm, injury, loss, or damage — including death — arising from the inability of a caller to reach emergency services through our platform.
You agree to maintain an independent, direct telecommunications line capable of reaching emergency services and to inform all relevant parties accordingly.
As a condition of using our Services, you agree and warrant that:
Zero AI bears no responsibility for any legal liability you incur as a result of your failure to comply with applicable call recording or consent requirements.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. Without limiting the foregoing, you must not:
Zero AI reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Services and take any appropriate legal action upon detection of any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy.
Our Services employ artificial intelligence technologies including automatic speech recognition, natural language understanding, and large language models. You acknowledge and agree that:
Zero AI shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on AI-generated content.
We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain high availability of the Services. However:
All right, title, and interest in and to the Services, including but not limited to our website, platform software, AI models, algorithms, brand names, logos, trade marks, and user interface designs, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Zero AI Pte. Ltd. and/or Zero1 Group Pte Ltd. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence, right, or interest in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
As between you and Zero AI, you retain ownership of any content you provide to us (e.g., call preferences, agent scripts). By providing such content, you grant Zero AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, process, and store that content solely to provide and improve the Services.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES AND ALL AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS (INCLUDING TRANSCRIPTS AND SMS SUMMARIES) ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.
ZERO AI EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY THE LAWS OF SINGAPORE:
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zero AI Pte. Ltd., Zero1 Group Pte Ltd, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your failure to obtain or provide required disclosures or consents to third-party callers; (d) any content you configure on the Services; or (e) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
We may revise these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice via email or prominent notice on our website. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services before the effective date of the changes. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation for a period of thirty (30) days following written notice of the dispute.
If the dispute is not resolved through negotiation, either party may refer the dispute to mediation administered by the Singapore Mediation Centre ("SMC") in accordance with the SMC's Mediation Procedure in force for the time being. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be finally submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.
